Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or use the AI Readiness assessment, how we use it, and the rights you have under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
Brief & contact details you submit: name, company/entity, role, phone, email, and the project information you choose to share.
AI Readiness assessment: your answers and resulting score, when you complete it.
Basic, privacy-friendly analytics (via Plausible and Vercel Web Analytics) — aggregated and cookieless. We do not track you across other sites.
How we use it
Only to prepare your proposal and contact you about your request. No advertising, no selling your data.
Legal basis (PDPL)
We process your data on the basis of your consent and to take steps at your request before entering an agreement, in line with the Saudi PDPL.
Where your data lives
Brief submissions are stored in Airtable, acting as our processor. For delivery engagements we offer Saudi data residency, your own cloud/VPC, or on-premise — agreed in writing, with an NDA and DPA signed before kickoff.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the engagement plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you may request access to your data, correction, or deletion, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email us and we'll respond promptly.
